Twitch Extension von Streamlabs bleibt leer?

Hallo, eine kurze Frage:
Wenn ich meine Twitch Extension "Streamlabs Leaderboard" von Streamlabs unten in meiner Seite einbaue, bleibt diese leer. Kann mir jemand sagen ob das damit zusammenhängt, dass ich nicht den StreamLabs OBS sondern "nur" den normalen OBS benutze?
Jemand eine Idee? THX!

Das hat nichts mit OBS zu tun. Du kannst Streamlabs auch so benützen. Siehst du in Streamlabs selbst in der History alle Bits für diesen Monat?

Hast du Streamlabs gerade erst verbunden? Dann kann er natürlich nicht wissen welche Bits du vor der Registrierung bekommen hast. Hab mal 1 Bit reingehauen, mal schauen ob er auftaucht.

ooookay, ich glaube ich hab da was verwechselt. hatte nur den chatbot verknüpft und nicht den streamlabs selber. dann müsste es jetzt wohl hoffentlich klappen. BTW thx für den Bit

Wird immer noch nicht angezeigt - sehr komisch. Ich hab das bei mir ja auch hinzugefügt und ich verwende weder den StreamlabsBot noch StreamlabsOBS. Musste mich nur in Streamlabs einloggen

wird dir bei Verbindungen im twitch account irgendwie streamlabs angezeigt? bei mir gibts nur jetzt seit 2 stunden "Account Management". Das müsste streamlabs sein.
Vielleicht habe ich sonst noch irgendwo vergessen streamlabs dashboard zu verknüpfen? hmmmmm

Ja bei mir werden meine Bits auf der Seite angezeigt.

Naja - vielleicht mal Streamlabs anschreiben. Die antworten relativ schnell.

hast du auch die streamlabs "overlay" bei twitch aktiviert?

anderer Browser bringt auch leider nichts. habe mal dem Support geschrieben was man beachten soll etc. bin gespannt

Sooo, nach kurzem hin und her bekam ich folgende Antwort von Streamlabs. Ich sehe daraus dass ich alles mögliche Verknüpfen soll. Ansonsten können die nichts für mich tun. Benutzt ihr alle das ganze Zeug von Streamlabs? Erstens werde ich nicht schlau aus dem ganzen Kram was es da alles gibt und zweitens habe ich auch keine Lust alles wieder neu einzupfelgen etc...

Unfortunately we can't manually add or modify the information on the leaderboard.
Reasons why it wouldn't be showing the correct information on the leaderboard would be:

FOR SUBS:
1) The sub/resub was done before the streamer installed the leaderboard.
2) The sub/resub was done while the streamer was offline.
3) The streamer is not keeping their recent events open while streaming.
4) The subscriber never shared the event after they subbed/resubbed (or did it while the streamer was offline).

FOR BITS:
1) The cheers were made before the streamer installed the leaderboard.
2) The cheers were made while the streamer was offline.
3) The streamer is not keeping their recent events open while streaming.
4) The viewer recently changed their user and/or display name on twitch.

Unfortunately
there is not really any thing we can do about things missing in the
leaderboard as the api for that is currently limited at this point in
time.
Once things are changed in the twitch api and the leaderboard api, the streamer will have the ability to edit that information.
But right now in it's current state, there is no way for us to manually add/edit/delete things from the leaderboard.

To ensure the loyalty system works as expected, it's required to keep one of the following things open while you're streaming:

a) Your Streamlabs Dashboard that shows the recent events
or
b) Streamlabels Application: streamlabs.com/dashboard#/streamlabels

If you're using Streamlabs OBS (SLOBS), then the above things can be ignored as they are built into SLOBS.

If
you don't have one of those things running, most of the things in the
loyalty system, including the leaderboard extension, will not get
updated correctly.
Also make sure you've configured all your settings in: streamlabs.com/dashboard#/loyalty

Hallo,

also ich nutze Streamlabs für Alerts etc. und Slobs. hab das aber auch schon genutzt bevor es Slobs gab.
Ich seh in der Mail 2 wichtige Punkte.
Erstens muss dein Stream online sein, damit gezählt wird.
Zweitens musst du die recent events geöffnet haben ( Streamlabels app oder das Dashboard auf der HP) sonst funzt es nicht. Falls du mit Slobs streamst entfällt dieser Punkt.

Also Streamlabs mit Twitch Acc verbinden und die HP offen lassen und dann müssten Bits während des Streams aufgezeichnet werden.
